How long does it take for you to notice weight loss after you have begun a workout routine?

I began working out and running about a mile a day a couple of weeks ago but the only difference I have noticed is my legs are becoming more muscular. How long does it take from the day you begin excercising that weight starts coming off?

depends..a mile is good, but really not that far..mix it up..run three times a week and work in other cardio exercise..swim, ellipitical machines, aerobics….remember to schedule days off too…next, keep a food diary for a week..write down everything you eat…then week two, eliminate all the crap…you know what that is…replace it with yougart, fresh steamed veggies…water, water, water…..within a week or so you should see your numbers going down..lost 23 pounds this summer doing this..and have kept it off by working out 5-6 days a week…and no crap…good luck
