Lose Weight Healthy Diet

Can pushups along with bike riding and a healthy diet help lose weight?
plain and simple i weigh 140 and want to be thin im 5′3 and am now dedicated to lose this weight by summer also open to new suggestions
If you are willing to consider that a daily routine and you follow through with it, it can most definitely be considered a way to lose weight.
Start off at a low-pressure routine and build up on it by increasing the amount of pushups and the distance you bike. An ideal rate would be:
Start-20 push ups- increase by 5 each week
Start-1km bike riding- increase by .5km each week
As for the diet, make sure you keep it detailed in what you eat. Fruits and vegetables are a big boost; non-fried food, low calories and low fats food will also add to the loss of weight.
If you don’t succeed with these 3 things, try more exercises and possiblu seeking a nutritionist for extra opinons on food choices.
