Lose Weight Gym Programme

Hundreds of fat people will admit they would give anything to weigh far less than they do. So why don’t they do something about it? There are hundreds of diet programs, gym memberships and personal trainers out there.
Everywhere you shop there are foods now primed towards weight loss. Nearly everything you buy now has a light, or low calorie version. So why are there so many obese people in the world?
The answer lies twofold: in our psyche and in our metabolism.
Firstly, we’ve now been split up into biological body groups, so if you’re an endomorph it’s not worth trying to lose weight because you were meant to be large, whilst at the other end of the scale, the metabolism of an ectomorph consumes like fire. I was never meant to be one of them so what’s the use.
So you see where the problem lies?
An endomorph will never become a stick insect, but they sure don’t have to be fat, either. And if your metabolism moves in the slow lane, feed it accordingly. Train your mind to encompass these two facts and deal with your bodyweight accordingly.
You did. Or at least you tried.
Let me guess. You went on a diet, possibly joined a gym, or even engaged a personal trainer. But the diet soon fizzled out, the gym became nothing more than a social club and the personal trainer didn’t come with a magic wand. So what do we do? We sloped back into the armchair and comfort ate our way to endomorphic consolation.
But it shouldn’t have come to that.
Why?
Because if you knew your body – its needs and its limitations, you wouldn’t get on everyone else’s fat burning treadmill to nowhere, you’d be losing body weight happily and effectively because you diligently sought out a routine or program to suit you and your body, not someone else’s.
The good news is, there are fat burning programs out there to suit you. Remember, everyone’s metabolism moves to a different drumbeat. All you have to do is find a program that moves with yours.
And they’re out there. But it’s no good if you don’t stick with it. Don’t worry about how other people are punishing themselves. Adopt a positive attitude to the whole business and find a program that will harmonize with your body. A program where you can lose weight without having to kill yourself in a gym or go without the foods you love.
That’s right. These days draconian diets and torturous sessions in the gym are out. There are now ways to lose weight without giving up your favourite foods and with the minimum of enjoyable body toning exercises that take a few minutes each week.
